SUDAN MISSION

Dear Pastor Dr.Joseph Serwadda,

Greetings in Jesus name.l have learnt of your ministry that has liberated many lives in Uganda and other Countries you went to with the Gospel of Christ.

lam inviting you to Sudan to minister the Gospel of Christ Jesus alongside our church to teach the christians,the leaders to be mature in faith.We are currently faced with the lslamic move to convert the South Sudan to lslam using the same strategies they used long ago to convert nthe whole North African Countries into lslam including the Nubians in Sudan.They schools,orphanages,marriages,medical units,and relief to convert most poor christians into lslam.On the case of the South Sudan,the Moslems have formed an organization called lSLAMIC ORGANIZATION FOR THE SPREAD OF lSLAM INTO SOUTHERN SUDAN. They have raised 28million Dollars for this purpose.They planned to build schools,train teachers,build orphanages,medical units,encourage marriage of christian girls,help widows in their distress and many other plans,like microfinance loans.

Yes this can woo most christains to lslam for survival and education.As the 2lyears of war has reduced most christian families to abject poverty.Most families lack basic needs of human life.So if there is free education,free medical treatment,school scholarships,promises of good husbandhood,why not turn for such?

80% 0f the population is illiterate,b,se the first war that began in l955 was fought for l7years which ended in l972.When people returned from exile in l973,it was not long another serious war broke out again in l983,people ran to exile and others were internally displaced without education for 2lyears when this war is ended in 2005.You can see that people did not get time to set up lnstitutions of learning.As our friends the Moslems enjoyed peace in Khartoum they are well educated and had time for economic boosting.Now they use our bade situation to turn our christians to lslam.

Our greatest needs are:

l-To be achored in the Word of God,

2-To have schools set up from Nursery to secondary and vocational skill trainings

3-To build an orphanage with a school attatchment.

lam just highlighting a few needs for you to see the sudan situation and pray for us.

People have lost faith in God.Many christians are norminal.Many are drunkards.

immorality is high hence deaths from AIDS is a music for the day.

We need you to come to our aid as missionaries.Come to see fior yourself what l have said.
